Fitness is the quality or state of being fit. In our daily lives we must keep ourselves strong and healthy , some people are going in a gym just for their body to be sexy or to look their body good , by the way what is fitness, fitness is the condition of being physically fit and healthy, and what is physical fitness? , physical fitness is generally achieved through proper nutrition, moderate vigorous and physical exercise and sufficient rest,fitness was define as the capacity to carry out the day’s activities under fatigue, and why is physical activity is so important for health and well-being? Because regular physical activity can relieve stress, anxiety , depression and anger , and it keeps you physically fit and able . but because without regular activity, your body slowly loses its strength, stamina and ability to function properly. that is what physical fitness and we need to move and to exercise our body to be healthy.

Options like broccoli, spinach, tomatoes and garlic provide additional benefits, making them a superfood! that’s why always eat vegetable because it is important and good for our health avoid eating fats.
